Mondays Motivation! – JUICY 2018 wrap up!

#MondaysMotivation – Yeeehaaawww Ho Ho Ho – Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all! As we wrap up 2018, I go over the most influential tools of 2018! What was on the #JUICYList all year! Join Us In Creating Excitement about your pipeline! These are tools, companies, apps and more all designed to help LO’s and mortgage companies with something!  Today I go over the NUMBER 1 JUICY tool that every LO should have!

And there’s FOUR different companies in this list.  Yes FOUR, why because “Lead Generation” was the Number #1 thing in 2018 that separated the boys from the men!  If you learned how to use any of these you’re probably NOT slow right now!  If you didn’t learn you definitely saw them, and probably wondered which one to get.  ↓

  1. LEADPOPS – This a done for you templated lead capture site, where you drag and drop your logo and use it for purposes of lead gen.
  2. CLICKFUNNELS – This is the “God Father” of all lead gen sites, and is the most complex.  You can integrate just about anything with it, and custom tailor each page you make.  Takes a creative brain to use!
  3. PHONESITES – The easiest way to create funnels in 5 minutes or less for various campaigns.  Get an idea, make a funnel and have it up collecting names, phone numbers and emails within minutes.  No tech savvy people needed, super simple to use.
  4. LISTING BOOSTER – The best way to leverage RE relationships is to have a “GIANT” list of them in your booster software.  Then as they get listing you help your referral partners out with gaining qualified clients to view the home.

Weekend Call to Action – JUICYList week wrap up!!

#WeekendCalltoAction – Join Us In Creating Yes’s (JUICY) for your pipeline all week!  It’s always a pleasure to provide these tools to everyone.  I do this quarterly for the most part and highlight these companies I suggest as tools to help LO’s and Mortgage Broker’s (my Business partners) grow their business.  I encourage you to go back and look at the full list of companies talked about this week, they are on the #JUICYList for a reason.  🙂   To wrap up the week, of course I save the best for last.

Today’s tools are essential for marketing and promoting your products, bi-products, services etc.  They are what is termed the “Funnels” of today’s lead generation software.  I will break down the three I recommend.

First, is LEADPOPS!  They are fantastic and are made by ex mortgage pro’s, and is for mortgage, insurance and RE Agents.  They have semi customize-able funnels, all complete with ad copy that converts.  They call them “conversion funnels” and they allow you to drag and drop a logo and go.  Check them out!

Second is CLICK FUNNELS! This is the “God-Father” of funnels and is the most savvy of all.  It provides links galore and customizable everything.  There’s plug in’s for payment processors, to email software or CRM’s.  This one is more “advanced” for those that want to be hands on in creation of all aspects of a funnel.

Last and certainly not least, my favorite PHONESITES! Why this is so effective is this can be used for LO’s and not a big “marketing guru” that knows code and stuff.  You can make easy to use lead pages that collect and start any livelihood of all sales people out there.  A name phone number address email etc.  BY far the most value between all of them.  I know the owner, and he’s raising the prices soon.  Mark my word.  What I suggest is that you take action and get yourself a #PhoneSites account today.

  1. Lead Pops – A great templated landing page with some customization that allows you to gain leads.
  2. ClickFunnels – The most advanced landing page builder with ton’s of functions.  You can embed just about anything and my advice is that your also the creative type.
  3. Phonesites – The newest of the three and designed to be for those not tech savvy but want ease of use and simple to create custom landing pages.

Mid Monday Motivation – Get the week started off? – I hope so, here’s a message worth hearing.  What you focus on you find.  So if you’re B2B/B2C it doesn’t matter, work your LOA!  As for today – Well – I’ve been on the phone.  🙂  – I am focusing on just that.  And what do you know! – You should too!

With the focus at hand on converting leads, you (just like me) should be using some form of lead capture and lead cadence to help your audience.  Weather that contact is a prospect or past client, focus on conversion activities.  What’s the goal? Me = Drive more Broker’s to the website to use my wholesaler! You = Drive more clients to the closing table.  How, you focus on generating leads and prospecting to qualify people upfront.  The more conversations you have, the more credits you pull, the more loans you can pitch.  = The more loans that enter the pipeline.  🙂   Here’s a clue; You need to capture more potential prospects to talk too.  Use this tool – PhoneSites!
