#WeekendCalltoAction – Plan a Pillar Partner Post this weekend or for next week. Either or you should be doing these more often. This is where you take a referral partner (A Realtor, CPA, Builder, Divorce Attorney etc.) post from their page or personal profile and share it onto yours! It’s simple to do.
Here’s how to do it; First find a post of that referral partners that shows how they shine, or do great business. Perhaps a success post of some sort. Interact with it, and then share it onto your page or personal profile. Here’s the key, tag them in the post and then tie in how you both work together to reach the end goal. They find the home, you do the loan. They build the house, you do the loan. Etc.
Here’s the gold; Once it’s done, have them interact with your post, even if you send them a private message asking them to do so. Have them place their website in the comments for example. By doing so they are syndicating with you and causing your post to have more relevancy and reach on social media. Which means more people will see it.
Plus it makes the referral partner appreciate you promoting them. (it should) You can also ask them to help you and do a similar post to one of your success stories. Two way street right. I would plan two or three of these for next week. With different types of referral partners. Social media is going to have relatives galore around during this next week and you can use it to spark conversation during the upcoming “festivities”.

We’ll be back at it with tips, tricks and guidelines to help you gain more business and close more loans next week. It all started with me investing in myself. You can too, all you would need to do is invest in yourself. You can learn from the same group I did at the “HardCore Closer”. While I didn’t focus on ad spend and did grow my following and exposure “organically” I now have a plug for you. #WonderfulWednesday – My story continues, really it just starts! This is where I entered the world of B2B sales. And now I carry the same passion for helping people with helping small businesses grow ♥!
My angle in all of what I have done in the B2B space was to add more value than the other guy! Many “vendors” out there do this many ways. Doesn’t matter what you do in the B2B space, if you’re adding enough value to your business partners they will use you. My angle was to give out ideas to help LO’s generate business! And it all started with “organic” flyer marketing where I showed others how to generate leads, and referral partners. Obviously in hopes to gain a small piece of the pie if they generated some loans.
It’s great touching base with others and having feedback saying that they wouldn’t be in business or where they are today if it wasn’t for me helping them. My thoughts were, how can I do this more? So what I did was started a group on Facebook and started placing all the clients I had in it, and I attempted to add as much value as I could my partners, with tools that could help them. From scripts, to objection responses, to condo cheat sheets, and ultimately tools from other companies that could help the LO’s grow a pipeline. Well it grew beyond me, and is now one of the largest active mortgage groups on Facebook. Sales Talk with Mortgage Pro’s is the group. Feel free to join!

#WeekendCalltoAction – Are you green and growing? Literally are you networking with many different people in different industries? Not just RE Agents for example? Are you using social media to gain exposure? Do you have a fan page or business page online? Are you in many groups?
These are all great questions to ask yourself about your business. When it comes down to it, there should be a strategy about networking and marketing to help sales. Not just to post how awesome you are! lol. When I look at someone’s fan page and they have the last post two years ago and say it’s slow, I show them why. Where are the actions for the posts? Most just post and hope and pray it goes viral. There’s a strategy to this. And a way to ORGANICALLY (meaning FREE) get exposure to your fan page, your post tagging your business, your special for the month. But do you do them is the question? I have put together #theBLUEPRINT !! A way to start from scratch and learn how to run campaigns on Facebook. I break it down into steps and describe what I call the 5 P’s of posts. #WisdomWednesday – If you look at your demographics and geographic make up in your area and custom tailor a marketing plan, you will see better results. Hands down this is the way to do it. Zoom out on your area, determine what type of businesses you have around you, or collaborate it with one of your products or benefits, you will add more value and gain more interest. Simple as that. Follow trends, follow natural occurences that could be due to “routine” from people to something out of the ordinary. There’s always a way to make a spin on something to help those in need. If your selling something, anything this should be “how you” target, and determine what type of campaign to do. For example, don’t do an USDA campaign if you don’t have a USDA zone near you….that wouldn’t make a whole lot of sense. However if you have VA bases within 50 miles from your office and you don’t do VA loans, that would be a way to market. Starting yesterday 🙂 #SellWell

Welcome kit, or maybe you call it your on-boarding package! Every “good or service” has a delivery process, a closing if you will. Some more meaningful than others. Even local grocery stores now try to use “marketing” on receipts for example. A dentist, gives you a small bag of goodies typcially on every visit. What about a mortgage? What about a car delivery? Do you have a marketing kit that the client takes with them for example, a key fob or key ring with your logo? Maybe a discount booklet that gives the new homeowner “discounts” for using them, such as a moving service, or a carpet cleaner, or housekeeping/maid service in the area? Maybe you LO’s network with a grass cutting landscape business in the area and get the new resident a “free cut coupon”. 🙂 The possibilities are endless. But what leave behind would make the most impact? The one they look at everyday, the one on the refrigerator. A magnet! Put together a short or small marketing piece with your logo at the top, and then use it as a magnet to promote all the other services they may need, such as car wash, or a house cleaner, or insurance person, or landscaping to cable service. You could easily network with other ‘sales’ entities in the relative area you serve and create something that makes them think of you for your professional service. #WeekendCalltoAction #SellWell
